united states minor outlying islands

Welcome to the United States Minor Outlying Islands (USMOI) website. There is not much to see here for now. For your convenience I have included links to resources related to the USMOI for you to visit in the meantime. Currently all of the links on the top of this page go to pages with text and maps courtesy of the CIA World Factbook, which is available to distribute and copy free-of-charge. All of the USMOI are in the Pacific Ocean with the exception of Navassa Island, which is located in the Caribbean. One of them is not exactly an island, Kingman Reef, which is nearly completely submerged.

General - Covering all islands
CIA World Factbook: Contains various information about all of these islands.
